Since the age of 12, I began to discover my passion for art. In the 1990s, little did I know that an infatuation with Spawn and other Black comic book hero’s would lead me to where I am today. 

Over two decades later, that same passion of an adolescent matured me into a defined sketcher that studied art education on a collegiate level and now posses polished, professional skills.

Today, I find inspiration through my career in law enforcement, hip hop music, family and young people of color. Through my graphics, the goal is to spread confidence and inspiration to youngsters that are just like me when I was 12. Art has helped me to view the world for what it is and what it is and what it can be. Hopefully my work encourages others to see life from a similar lens.

I use many different mediums, such as oil pastels, and acrylic paint markers. My weapon of choice when creating a piece is graphite. With my drawing technique and shading method, I love the different variety of grays and blacks I created and the life and fulfillment it gives my work. Now I’m noticing as a artists that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.
